Acquisition Plus is a brand of CNZ Homes Alabama Corp, a real estate investment company that buys houses and land directly from owners.

What we do

We purchase residential property and land directly from owners for our own account. Because we buy directly, sellers can skip listing, showings, and repairs. We make cash offers on properties as-is and work with sellers to set a closing date that fits their plans.

We focus on two markets: Tarrant County / Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas and Madison County / Huntsville, Alabama.

How we work

We aim to keep things clear and respectful. We explain our offers, answer questions, and encourage sellers to take their time and consult an attorney or other licensed professional before making a decision. Any offer is subject to inspection, title review, and a written agreement, and requesting an offer never creates an obligation to sell.

We are not real estate brokers or agents, and we do not list properties for sale on behalf of others.
